Responsabilitati:

  • Oferirea de suport angajatilor care intampina dificultati in relatia cu superiorii ierarhici;
  • Identificarea solutiilor care sa stimuleze performanta si sa imbunatateasca modalitatea de comunicare intre subalterni si superiori;
  • Plan de identificare a nevoilor de instruire pentru diverse posturi din organizatie;
  • Consilierea celorlalţi manageri în probleme de resurse umane;
  • Monitorizarea sistemului de relaţii de muncă al organizaţiei, astfel incat angajatii sa-si desfasoare activitatea intr-o atmosfera placuta

Cerinte:

  • Experienta pe un post similar de minim 2 ani (reprezinta avantaj experienta intr-o companie cu minim 200 de angajati);
  • Experienta in domeniul managementului resurselor umane, cu precadere in aria de motivare, evaluare, managementul performantei, recrutare, proces de inductie;
  • Studii superioare absolvite – facultatea de psihologie sau studii socio – umane – reprezinta avantaj;
  • Abilitati de comunicare si relationare;
  • Capacitatea de a empatiza si de a evalua obiectiv raporturile interumane din organizate;
  • Cunoasterea limbii engleze la un nivel mediu.

Pregatirea si experienta:
– studii superioare in domniul socio – uman, juridice sau economice

– asistarea managerului de resurse umane in realizarea si implementarea grilei de salarizare in conformitate cu reglementarile in vigoare si studierea consecintelor aplicarii acesteia (din punct de vedere al costurilor sociale, materiale, financiare);
– operarea in sistemul de salarizarea a tuturor modificarilor ce apar (incadrari, desfaceri de contracte individuale de munca, negocieri de salarii etc);
– evidenta prezentei la lucru a personalului de la sediul societatii si intocmirea formelor necesare pentru salarizare;
– urmarirea intocmirii corecte a pontajelor de catre cei desemnati sa le execute si existenta ca anexe la contur, tabele cu sporul de santier;
– normarea lucrarilor executate de firma dar si ofertele de preturi la forajele pentru terti;

The Senior Recruitment Specialist is the first point of contact for the experts and is responsible for the whole recruitment cycle from identifying the best experts to maintaining long-term relationships with them. The focus of his/ her work is relationship management with the experts in the field of consulting and energy/environment/sustainability.

He/ she analyses the project specific requirements and CVs for projects and develops the recruitment strategy by involving the project manager, acting as an advisor. He/ she is responsible for the presentation of all expert related parts in the project proposals (CVs, expert descriptions, tables, chapters).

Within the context of temporary project teams, the (Senior) Recruitment Specialist works closely together with the responsible project manager assigned by the Head of Department or company management. 

Requirements:

  • Good command of spoken, written English and French.
  • Several years of relevant work experience and similar tasks with international exposure.
