| Detalii | Head of Finance A multinational manufacturing organization with operations in the UK and Eastern Europe has an exciting new job opportunity for an experienced Head of Finance to join their team in Romania. - Setting up and managing a finance team in Bucharest/Alexandria;
- Internal audit for all group companies;
- Financial reporting to support manufacturing operations in Romania;
- Reporting to the Group on the financial performance of several entities;
- Providing support to the UK financial operations;
- Ad-hoc reporting on special projects.
Skills: - Have a structured and methodical approach to tasks and have the ability to identify risks and recommend actions to mitigate these;
- Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge;
- Experience of using SAP Business One would be an advantage;
- Knowledge and experience of setting up and managing an internal audit function;
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, Romanian and preferably German.
Experience: - You will have a formal accountancy qualification (full or part qualified) from a recognized accountancy body or a minimum of three years experience working in a similar role;
- Previous experience of setting up and managing finance teams;
- A background in manufacturing would be advantageous;
- Willing to travel in UK and to Alexandria (production center);
- Finance Team will be located in Bucharest or in Alexandria.
