B2B Sales Representative – Cardboard Packaging

Our client is a small local company that has been active in the field of packaging for various industries for more than 15 years. Sales are exclusively B2B and their focus now is mostly on cardboard packaging for small/medium fruit and vegetable producers from Romania. Their packaging are sustainable and nature-friendly ones, with the aim of eliminating as much plastic as possible from the market.
Objectives: With a background and good understanding of B2B sales you will develop trusting relationships with customers for the purpose of identifying new opportunities, and selling Cardboard Packaging for fruit and vegetable producers.

Requirements:
• 2+ years proven experience in B2B sales, preferable in the similar industry (agri-food, FMCG);
• Good understanding/knowledge/experience of consultative selling;
• Drivers license, B category;
• Willingnes for traveling for new business.

Responsibilities:
• Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks;
• Initiates sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential, scheduling appointments;
• Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product benefits for the market;
• Preparing contracts and negotiate commercial terms of the contracts to be signed;
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company’s objectives;
• Reporting on time in CRM all opportunities: lead, deals, meetings & calls.

• Establishing partnerships/alliances with fruit and vegetable producers in Romania;
• Prospecting skills;
• Meeting sales goals;
• Planning;
• Initiative.
