We prefer candidates from Bucharest but also from other cities in Romania, willing to travel. Lend Scout Specialist identifies, negotiates and signs land lease agreements for Photovoltaic Parks.

Solar parks scattered all over Romania are a result of close cooperation between landowners and solar developers. This cooperation is facilitated by a dedicated team of professionals who not only establish contacts with landowners willing to go green, but also evaluate their land, and make sure the initial contact grows into a successful long-term relationship with local communities.

Requirements:

• Successful experience as a solar and / or wind project manager or as a real estate agent / developer;
• Ability to build lasting relationships and negotiation skills;
• Proactive in identifying potential problems and solutions;
• Experience in a similar position and the possibility to identify potential locations for future PV parks.

Responsibilities:

• Identification of a land database for photovoltaic power plant projects;
• Visiting the locations identified by you or the Cartographer;
• Negotiation of surface / sale-purchase contracts;
• Checking the local properties for rent and completing the required documentation;
• Visiting the locations identified by you or the Cartographer;
