Professional Sales Engineer – CNC machine tools, cutting technologies & tools (WEST/East Area)

The company is looking for 3 professionals sales engineers, for the West side of the country and for the East side of the country.

The ideal candidate may be located in one of the following cities: Bucuresti, Timisoara, Cluj, Sibiu, Brasov, Craiova, Tg. Mures etc. for the West side position and in Bucuresti, Bacau, Iasi, Constanta etc for the East side position.

The company provides efficient and complete solutions for users of CNC machine tools.


  • Graduate with University or Master Degree in technical field (mechanical, electrical, automation);
  • Experience in the industrial & technical sales;
  • Experience in selling CNC machine tools, cutting technologies- is an advantage;
  • Have relevant professional experience in one of the following fields: mechanical engineering, machine tools, automation, electrical;
  • Possess an enquiring mind and be capable of problem solving with a positive flexible CAN DO approach;
  • New business experience & technical sales;
  • Be highly determined and tenacious in character;
  • Driving license: B;
  • English – good level.


  • Generation of sales in the appointed geographical area, by providing technical consultancy and support to the customer;
  • Develops the allocated area with new client from the industrial area;
  • As a key point of contact for clients you will provide both pre and after-sales advice (technical & commercial);
  • Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
  • Calculating client quotations and administrating client accounts;
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
  • Preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records;
  • Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
